I'm Dave, an outdoor fanatic and pet lover, who is passionate about housing and construction! Prior to Real Estate, I had many years of experience in construction, automotive, and even cooking! I have a huge love for good food, amazing houses, awesome design, and great adventures! I spent nearly 15 years working for a major BMW Dealer, advancing from an entry-level technician to Shop Foremen. I was a line cook at a Japanese restaurant for several years. I currently also own and operate a General Contracting business. I am a very honest, hardworking, caring individual who is eager to learn about you and your needs, assist you to find your perfect home, sell a smaller home to find a larger one with more room for kids, or downsize, purchase an investment property, or buy your first home!
